上海“全天自杀干预热线”

据报道，上海首条24小时自杀干预热线“希望24热线”从11月1日起正式调整为新号码“4001619995”，热线发起人林昆辉介绍说，12月3日起，热线将正式升级，除了上海，还在北京、河南、河北、吉林、深圳五地同时开通。
