近义词---Waste, Garbage, Junk, Refuse, Rubbish, Trash
Waste(n.)----废物。普通用语。指任何被遗弃的东西。
Garbage(n.)----废物。指厨房里丢弃的剩余物。
Junk(n.)----废物。指用坏了地，无价值的废弃物。
Refuse(n.)----废物，垃圾。泛指一切毫无用处，毫无价值的废物或垃圾。
Rubbish(n.)----垃圾，废物。指体积较小、破碎的、没有用的废物，和可收集起来进行处理的弃物，
间或指愚蠢无用的话语和思想。
Trash(n.)---- 废物。指小型无价值的杂物，或无价值作品。
例：Industrial waste must be prevented from polluting our rivers.
