There are several options. Firstly, I would go and speak to him, and ask him if he could reduce the noise, or at least limit it to reasonable hours. If that does not help, I would report him to the authorities. And lastly, if that does not have the desired effect, I will start making a loader noise at times when I know it would trouble him.

Firstly, pollution is slowly but surely killing the whole planet Earth. For example, air pollution is making it more and more difficult for people to live in our cities. Secondly, overpopulation is making life on the planet unbearable. For example, in many parts of the world people are living in poverty. They have no future, and the quality of life they are experiencing is terrible.

I am pleased to say that I do not have any serious troubles or worries at the moment. Passing the IELTS test is working on my nerves a bit, but I am progressing well, and I am positive that I will be successful in the end.
