American cyclist Floyd Landis admitted that he used performance-enhancing drugs and accused seven Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong of doing the same, the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.
Landis, who lost his 2006 Tour de France title for elevated levels of testosterone, said his fellow cyclists used banned drugs too, the newspaper said.
