　　入选理由: 话题的混搭雅思作文题目体现出来的一个重要特点，很多topics很难用单纯的一个话题归类，如去年考的大学是否应该扩招的问题，你可以说是教育类，但是否扩招归根到底是政府说了算的，所以你把它算作政府决策类也没错。这种混搭趋势在2009年一月有较大的可能继续延续。
