误区五：饮料没喝完，塑料饮料瓶直接投入可回收垃圾桶

不可以！塑料饮料瓶里剩下的液体，属于纯流质的食物垃圾，应先将液体直接倒进下水口，再将塑料饮料瓶冲洗干净后压扁，投放到“可回收物”垃圾桶中。这样既可以减少环卫工人的工作量，又可以压缩塑料瓶的体积，方便运输。类似的还有装可乐的易拉罐、装牛奶的利乐包装等。

误区六：过期食品连带包装物一起丢进垃圾桶

【第1句】：我市生活垃圾处理基本情况

根据城市生活垃圾的不同属性、利用价值，以及对环境的影响，一般分为可回收垃圾、餐厨垃圾、有害垃圾和其他垃圾。常用的垃圾处理方法主要有：综合利用、卫生填埋、焚烧发电、生物堆肥、资源返还。目前我市的生活垃圾主要采取综合利用和焚烧发电两种方式。（建筑垃圾主要用于制成修路、防洪等建材以及路基的辅料，少数用于填埋废沟呆塘；医疗垃圾由卫生部门统一实行无害化处理。）

以xx市为例，近年来，随着经济社会快速发展，城市化水平不断提高，城区生活垃圾产生量也保持稳定增长的态势，20xx年，市环卫处运送南通市（长江）垃圾焚烧发电厂就达到58260吨，平均4855吨/月，这还不包括乡镇运送的垃圾量。

【第2句】：我市现阶段垃圾分类处理的主要做法

（一）加强宣传引导和教育。市城管局在如皋电视台、如皋日报专门开辟《如皋城管》电视专栏、《城管之窗》报刊专栏，借助大型led显示屏、城管宣传橱窗等载体，加强对市民群众的`宣传教育，让市民群众了解可回收和不可回收垃圾的区别，不断增强了市民自觉参与垃圾分类处置的意识，得到了广大市民的理解和支持。调查中我们也发现绝大多数居民已经将可利用的垃圾，如废旧报纸杂志、纸盒纸箱、塑料桶、易拉罐，以及废旧家电等出售给废旧收购人员，有的居民将废旧衣物进行捐献、送到农村二次利用或用于擦地拖地日常生活等，部分不可回收的垃圾大多数都实行了袋装化。还有一些遗漏的可回收垃圾被拾荒者进行交易等，为垃圾科学处理创造了有利条件。

（二）合理设置垃圾分类收集容器。近年来，我市加大环卫设施投入，特别是分类收集垃圾容器的投入，已经在海阳路、中山路、宁海路等主要干道设置了美观新颖、经济适用的新型分类收集果壳箱514只，标明了可回收、不可回收标志，在文定苑、武定苑、美伦堡、金九华府等小区设置新型垃圾收集箱82只。针对商业中心区特点，20xx年，市环卫处在文昌路、宁海路、大司马路、福寿路等12个路段试行了垃圾袋装化、定时上门收集举措，由环卫保洁人员定时、定点到沿街商户中进行收集，减少了垃圾的二次污染。各小区、物业公司及环卫处将城区所有垃圾集中送至中转站，经压榨处理后运至南通市垃圾焚烧发电厂，实行垃圾焚烧发电的无害化处置。

（三）推进餐厨垃圾无害化处置工作。我市经营餐饮行业相对集中，餐厨垃圾相对也比较多，一般来说，餐饮行业的餐厨垃圾都有专门的人员进行收集，市质监、药监、工商部门强化处理过程的监管。大多数家庭的餐厨垃圾排入污水管道，由市同源污水处理厂进行无害化处理。

【第3句】：下一步措施。

生活垃圾的分类收集是实现生活垃圾处理“减量化、资源化、无害化”的最基本要求，我们也一直非常重视和关心这项工作。但由于生活垃圾分类工作面广量大，涉及到宣传教育的深入程度和社会各界的认识、配合程度，涉及到对社会上大批拾荒人员的管理，还涉及到环卫设施建设和管理经费的投入程度等等因素，因此对生活垃圾实行全面分类收集处理，现阶段难度还比较大，需要一个循序渐进的过程。

（二）推进分类投放。在总结好的做法和借鉴外地经验的基础上，推进垃圾分类收集工作，统一添置收集标准容器，统一张贴标识和颜色，明确各参与单位职责分工，配备专门管理人员，组织志愿者活动，开展专业培训，提高从业人员业务素质。

（三）推进分类清运。针对各类垃圾添置清运车辆及配备设备。可回收垃圾由环卫部门在指定点收集，回收后统一由指定的收购站处理；餐厨垃圾要采用去压缩式收集和密闭式运输，防止暴露、散落和滴漏；有害垃圾由环卫专业人员收集后，清运到制定场所填埋或焚烧。

（四）推进分类处理。加快建设完善垃圾分类相关终端处理设施，可回收废物纳入全市资源回收系统综合利用，餐饮业泔水与食品加工有机废物和部分有机垃圾送堆肥厂资源化利用，其余可焚烧生活垃圾送至垃圾发电厂焚烧发电。针对建筑垃圾等各类特种垃圾，抓紧启动建筑垃圾消纳场所项目建设，逐步形成多元化的垃圾分类收集和分类处理体系。
